1.国际学生到校报到时须提供以下资料

（1）《兰州理工大学录取通知书》；

（2）《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表或JW202表白联）；

（3）护照原件、护照首页复印件2份；

（4）签证页复印件（须有最新入境章）2份；

（5）护照照片8张；

（6）中国大使馆指定医院出具的体检证明；

（7）最后学历证书及成绩单原件；

（8）汉语水平考试（HSK）四级及以上等级证书(英文授课或需汉补情况除外)。

2.按照学校规定的日期，到国际教育学院报到注册。进入专业学习的新生，由国际教育学院统一安排进入专业学习。

3.未办理延期申请手续、超过两周仍未报到者，按自动放弃入学资格处理。

4.报到注册时，需办理以下事项

（1）缴纳学费、住宿费、住宿押金、注册费、保险费等费用，学费、住所费由学校财务处统一收取。学费、住宿费、保险费可按学期缴纳，其余费用须一次性缴清。缴清一学期的全部费用可申请同等时间内的居留许可，缴清一学年的全部费用可申请一学年的居留许可。中国政府奖学金生、甘肃省丝绸之路奖学金生、校长奖学金生的学费、住宿费、保险费按照相关政策执行。

（2）安排住宿，领取宿舍钥匙。被褥等床上用品，可自行购买或自带。

（3）领取课程表，购买教材(语言生到国际教育学院领取，入专业学生凭学号上网查看)。

（4）办理工商银行卡。银行卡用于发放各类奖学金。开户联或账户流水须在国际学生办公室登记，使用中如发生损害、丢失，请及时携带护照原件到工商银行办理挂失、补办手续并重新到国际学生办公室登记,否则当月的奖学金可能汇至遗失账号，二次奖学金发放可能需要2周左右.

（5）办理手机号码。手机号码是学校与国际学生联系的重要渠道，每位国际学生的手机号码必须在国际教育学院登记。

（6）加入国际教育学院国际学生管理微信平台、QQ群,接收学习和活动通知。

（7）到甘肃省出入境检验检疫局进行健康检查结果认证或体检，健康证明在国际学生管理办公室复印存档；

（8）办理校园卡、学生证等证件。证件在使用中遗失、丢失，及时到国际学生办公室挂失并补办。

（9）参加开学典礼、安全教育培训，学习中国法律、校纪校规等内容。

5.签证或居留许可手续办理

（1）在校内住宿的新生，办理完入学注册后到国际教育学院领取介绍信，在护照显示入境日期起三十天内前往兰州市公安局出入境管理处办理居留许可手续；

（2）经国际教育学院审核同意在校外住宿的新生，在办理完入学注册后，提交住宿合同及房东身份证复印件、联系电话等详细信息，领取《兰州理工大学国际学生校外住宿登记表》，到居住地派出所办理住宿登记，并凭回执，护照显示入境日期起三十天前往兰州市公安局出入境管理处办理居留许可手续。

Registration for International Students

1.Materials you must bring:

（1）Letter of Admission from LUT

（2）Visa Application Form for Foreign Students(JW201 or JW202)

（3）Passport and two copies of the first page ofyou passport

（4）Two copies of your visa page (including theentry stamp from the immigration office as you arrived)

（5）8 copies of passport photo

（6）Original Physical Examinationfrom at thedesignated hospital by the Chinese Embassy in your country

（7）The original highest degree and transcripts

（8）Chinese language certificate (higher than HSKlevel 4，not necessarily requested for English taught program and students needChinese language study prior to major study)

2.Please get registered at the School of International Education (SIE)of LUT at the required date. SIEwill particularly arrange enrollment for thosewho start pursuing degrees.

3.Failure to register within two weeks after the required date withoutapproval for late registration, youwill be automatically withdrawn by LUT.

4.Here is what you should do upon registration:

（1）Pay the following fees: tuition fee, accommodationfee (including deposit), registrationfee, insurance. Among them, tuition and accommodationfees are collected by the FinanceOffice of LUT. Please note that tuition fee,accommodation and insurance can be paid on a term/year basis. You’ll get oneterm academic resident permit for a term-based payment and one year RP for ayear-based payment. Students are entitled to “Chinese Government Scholarship”,“Gansu Silk Road Scholarship” and “University President Scholarship”, pleasesee documents related to these scholarships for the above payments.

（2）Get your dorm keys after the arrangement ofSIE.You may purchase bedding items from the stores on campus or bring yourown.

（3）Get the class schedule(available at SIE forChinese language student or online schedule for degree-pursuing students)andpurchase the required textbooks.

（4）Apply for a bank account from Industrial andCommercial Bank of China (ICBC). It is essential as all kinds of scholarshipsare transferred directly via banks account.You must giveyour bank accountinformation to the office of SIE. In case of lost, please bring your passportto the bank immediately for cancellation and replacement, than renew yourinformation to the officeas soon as possible or your scholarship will godirectly to the previous account which might takes you up to 2 weeks to get thescholarship again.

（5）Get a SIM card for your phone. This phonenumber serves as your most important communication with LUT. SIE should beupdated with any change to your number.

（6）Please download Wechat APP tojoin inSIEWechat Platform and QQ Group forimportant notices and events on and off campus..

（7）You must bring your physical examinationreport(if do it in your country) go to Gansu Entry-Exit Inspection andQuarantine Bureau to get certification.You must do physical examinationinthesameplace if you have not do it before. Office of International Student Affairs willplace the copy of your final physical exam report on file.

（8）Apply for your Campus Card and student IDCard. For cancellation and replacement in case you lose them, please come totheoffice of International Student Affairs as soon as you can.

（9）Participate in the opening ceremony andstudent orientation concerning personal safety, Chinese law and universityregulations.

5.Visa orResidence Permit Application

（1）Students who plan on living on campus andfinish registration will obtain a Recommendation Letter from the SIE beforeapplying for ResidencePermit at the Exit and Entry Administration Office of thePublic Security Bureau in Lanzhou.

（2）To live off-campus, you must obtain approvalfrom the SIE first upon registration. Once approved by SIE and enrolled, youshall submit (1) Lease Contract (2) A copy of your landlord’s ID(3) Yourlandlord’s contact information, to get Application Form of Off-Campus Livingfor International Students at LUTfrom office of International Student Affairs.Then, go to Local Police Station to do registration. With the approval letteryou obtain from Local Police Station, you may apply for the Residence Permit atthe Exit and Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau inLanzhou within appointed day.
