一、国际学生的有关证件和证明既是重要的身份证明，也是享受校内公共服务的权利证明。 二、国际学生的证件和证明包括学生证、校园卡、在学证明、成绩单、结业证书、毕业证书等。 三、学生证 1.在每学期开学注册及办理各种证明时都需要出示学生证。 2.学生证请随身携带，不能转借，不得涂改。 3.如果丢失，及时到国际教育学院挂失并补办。 4.补办学生证时，需交一寸照片一张，人民币10元。补办一般需要7个工作日。 5.离校时将学生证交回国际教育学院。 四、校园一卡通（校园卡） 1.校园一卡具备就餐、乘坐校车、出入校园等功能。 2.如遇遗失，到信息中心（1#北楼三楼校园卡中心）补办，并缴纳工本费。 3.学生离校时必须将校园卡交回。 五、在学证明、学习成绩单、非学历学生的结业证书由国际教育学院出具。 六、学历生的毕业证、学位证由研究生院、教务处、学位办负责填写或制作，由所在专业学院下发。 七、遗失或损坏毕业（结业、肄业、进修）证书或学位证书者，不再补发相应证书，学校可为其出具相应证明，该证明与原证书有同等效力。 Instructions of Identification Cards and Documments 1. All identification and certificates are essentialto enable youraccess to public services available oncampus. 2. These identification and certificates include Student ID Card, One Card, Completion Certificate, Attest of Enrollment, transcript, Diploma. Student ID 1. Requested to present on new termregistration. 2.Keep it handy. It shall not be modifiedby yourselfor used by someone other than yourself. 3.Keep SIE notified in for cancellation andreplacementof astudent ID.. 4.To replace a new one will cost you one photo and ￥10 before it is ready for pick up at SIE,usually up to 7 working days. 5. Please return it to SIE when you graduate or transfer to another unviersity. One Card 1. You can use thiscard for dining, school shuttle and other exit & entry campus functions. 2. Once lost, you may replace at the Information Centeron campus. (1# 3rd floor, North Building, Campus Card Center, MC) 3. Please return it to SIE when you graduate or transfer to another university. Attest of Enrollment, Transcript and Completion Certificate for non-degree-seeking students are all issued by SIE. Certificate of Graduation and the Diplomaare issued collectively by the Graduate School, Registrar and Degree Committeeand distributed by individual departments. LUT willNOT issue another diploma once the original is lost or damaged. It will,however, provide supplemental paperwork to prove the validity of the degree. |
